The Hill Country Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse (HCCADA) has been serving our community since 1991 and is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. HCCADA provides prevention, intervention, and treatment services to youth, adults, and families across Central Texas struggling with the disease of addiction.
